Senior Vice President & Partner

- You shall lead and develop a world -class delivery team that provides leading edge capability to edynamic and its customers; thereby growing the existing set of customers and acquiring new customers.

- Quick to build strong relationships with clients, you must have excellent experience, have deep insight in your domain, be an evangelist, not be averse to risk and a high level of commitment to drive outcomes. You will contribute to the client acquisition process in pitching and winning new work.

Job Location : Gurgaon

- Experience required - 15 + years.

- Attractive compensation including substantial share of the profits of the business practice and equity.

Responsibilities :

Business Growth :

- Maintain and develop strategic relationships with senior level client contacts; focus on account growth by bringing new solutions to clients.

- Identifying engagement expansion / revenue opportunities within an account.

- Building partnerships and alliances for the growth of the practice.

Delivery Management :

- Ensure right people are on the engagement. Create the structure and processes for same.

- Own the development life-cycle and be responsible for managing program management risks throughout the project.

- Build an integrated, engaged and high performing team, with strong culture of delivery and best -in -class thinking.

- Provide overall leadership, vision, strategic planning to ensure successful delivery in alignment overall delivery road-map.

Client Engagement :

- Manage client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).

- Understanding and thoughtfully managing risks. Decisions must be made regarding acceptable and unacceptable risks for each engagement.

Strategy of CxM practice :

- Strategic initiatives, GTM plans with partners, definition and implementation of service lines which will create clear differentiators for edynamic.

- Focus on improving each and every customer touch-point and interaction

Contract/ Financial management :

- Focus on P&L and bringing in commercial value to the client.

- Responsible for Gross Margin, Onsite-offshore ratios, revenue growth, revenue recognition and leakage control, billing milestones and utilization in line with organizational goals

Thought Leadership :

- Create thought-leadership content to promote edynamic, represent the agency through speaking engagements and participation in industry groups.

Job Requirement :

- Overall industry experience of not less than 15 years.

- Multiple years of experience and strong knowledge of Sitecore/ Adobe/ Drupal.

- Must have been a part of CMS, COE in previous assignments.

- Highly effective at developing and maintaining strong C-level client and stakeholder relationships.

- Should have successfully managed a portfolio of minimum 200-500 people- cross culture and cross location; and should- ve delivered projects over $1MN in value.

- Should have come from technology/development background.

- Exhibited entrepreneurial skills, ideally in own venture or taking up challenges in an organization.

- Should have great communication skills.

- Should be a thought leader; regularly publishes blogs and content.

Education : Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.

Other professional qualification: Project Management Certification preferable.
