- We are looking to hire AVP Sales who can lead a team of sales professional. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth. This role directly reports to CEO of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.

- Define optimal sales force structure.

- Hire and develop sales professionals.

- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.

- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.

- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.

- Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.

- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.

- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition.

Skills and Competencies:

- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Telesales.

- Managed a team size of 100-150 sales professional.

- Should be from B2C or Telesales industry.

- Preferably from edtech background.

- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills.

- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

- Should possess Telesales experience at major.

- Created a team of Sales professional.

- Should have given the revenue achievement of more than 25 crores annually.

- Should have experience of working with a startup.
