Business Head for Funded EduTech Company
- We are recruiting for the position of a result-oriented - Business Head-, a MBA / Master's degree from amongst the country's top ten management institutes with at least 5-8 years of experience of having successfully managed the online business.
- The person should have impeccable leadership and communication skills and the abilities to cultivate, credulous and productive relationships with students, teachers and the staff. The individual should possess outstanding strategic leadership skills combined with managerial capabilities to create a significant value in an educational environment.
The incumbent should possess multi-various capabilities which encompass the following :
Strategy & vision :
- As a Business Head, S/he will have to build and guide the team by giving them direction in the development of an effective strategy for the investors to approve of their plans for the future.
- Direction would entail understanding which target audiences they have to target, study their competition, how to make themselves market leaders via a differentiating factor/s. This will help build the company's long-term growth and profit.
Manage Resources :
- Efficient management of all the various resources human, budget and capital expenses. He must be skilled to manage all the physical and intangible assets in a manner deemed fit as per the expectations of the organization.
- S/he should be able to allocate finances appropriately towards the upgradation of study material, courses, latest technology and people.
- He has to have the ability to review and assess all financial reports are prepared as per the accepted accounting principles and S/he consistently monitor progress across all expenses throughout the year.
Building culture :
- Educating everyone on the vision of the organization and how to follow the one path without becoming prey to a host of factors. Implementing and maintaining and discipline in everything helps take the organization and the workers more confident and independent, willing to walk an extra mile so as to enable in making this company simply the BEST !
- S/he should be familiar with all the latest digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, and SMO) and should be able to guide the team towards an effective brand building strategy and promoting the online courses.
- S/he should be totally skewed towards all the online tools of online marketing, the latest trends, email marketing and the best practices adopted by the industry.
- S/he should be well-versed with online advertising, Google Ad words, Google Analytics, and constantly upgrade his skills with the latest trends in the same.
- S/he should be well-acquainted with the concepts of meaningful and qualitative content and give direction to the team for research on current trends, topics and subjects which need to be part of course curriculum. S/he should be instrumental towards the development of progressive online courses and drive content development for appropriate media.
Alliances & Partnerships :
- Forge meaningful relationships with other online institutes for online exchange course programmes. Introduction of inspiring techniques of teaching to encourage and motivate the students
- A constant adherence and implantation of the latest trends in online education and technology which will augur well in the interests of the students, faculty and the institute as well.
- Strict monitoring of all online education material and ensuring that all the latest methods are implemented in the teaching methods adopted by the online organisation.
- Should welcome constructive ideas/suggestions from senior management, students and faculties on the growth and development of the online academic development of the institute.
- Should have entrepreneurial bent of mind
