Project Manager
Position: Project Manager
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in website development.
- Proven track record of independently managing projects from initiation to delivery, including post-delivery maintenance and feature additions.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Independently write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) based on client requirements and internal discussions.
- Coordinate with design, frontend, and backend teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to define project scope, tasks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and foster teamwork among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Client Interaction:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients and incorporate it into ongoing and future projects.
Post-Delivery Maintenance:
- Lead post-delivery maintenance activities, including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and feature additions.
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize and implement maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Continuously monitor website performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and feature enhancements.
Reporting:
- Provide regular progress reports to the Product Heads, highlighting project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Heads to define project priorities and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Reporting Structure:
- This role will report directly to the two Product Heads.
