Eduvanz Financing - Online Catalogue Manager

The Online Catalogue Manager could report to the Chief Product Officer.

The Online Catalogue Manager should be responsible for the creation, management, and maintenance of the company's online catalogue of domains, dub domains and courses. This should include researching new domains, sub-domains and courses, updating existing listings, and ensuring that all information is complete, accurate and up-to-date.

The Online Catalogue Manager will work closely with other teams such as marketing, sales and customer service to ensure that the cataloge is effectively promoted and customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain a comprehensive and organized online catalogue of products and services.

- Research new products and services and update existing listings to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

- Ensure that the catalogue is easily searchable and user-friendly.

- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of the catalogue and make recommendations for improvements.

- Work with the marketing team to ensure that the catalogue is effectively promoted to potential customers.

- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met and questions are answered promptly.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online catalogue management.

Qualifications:

- Degree in e-commerce, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online catalogue management.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with web analytics and e-commerce platforms.
