We are looking to build a whole new ecosystem and launch some exciting new products in the upcoming months.

Job Purpose:

- To develop new and manage existing relationships across lending, Co-lending Financial Institution partners.

Job Description:

- Managing relationships with Banks/ NBFCs BC/ Co-lending partnership with Eduvanz

- Responsible for business volumes, profitability and ensuring scale-up of partnerships

- Business Development and onboarding new partners, aligning the lender on process flow, KYC and documentation, and technological and integration in the Eduvanz system, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless disbursements

- Liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations

- Manage new product, technology, and process requirements related to the partnership business.

- Driving integration on various aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product.

- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information exchange with partner lenders.

- Manage debt fundraising for the organization while ensuring regulatory compliance and having hands-on experience in borrowing transactions and negotiations with banks/lenders.

- Ensuring to submit information as per the prescribed templates of Banks/NBFCs and other lenders.

- Develop networks and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment, and recent developments in the sector.

Education Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA

Job Skills:

- Experience of strategic partnerships across Bank/ NBFC is a must.

- Experience in Liaising with lending partners/ banks/ NBFC & FinTech

- Understanding of NBFC and digital lending regulations
