- Work on creating and implementing business strategy for business growth and transformation projects while working closely with CEO.

- Conduct proactive data analysis & forecasting implications of key indices & provide inputs to develop plans to counter the key challenges and risks.

- Ensure readiness with timely & quality output (presentations/data analytics) for all internal & external requirements / reviews.

- Build tracking and governance mechanisms for key projects and initiatives with actionable MIS and analytics.

- Business Planning along with market Intelligence framework.

- Manage Budgeting process and monitor budgets.

- Banking or NBFC experience is must.
