Key responsibilities - Details

1. Project Management:-

a. Get a good hold of our proprietary product suite - Lend. in and its capabilities

b. Own delivery of all assigned projects. Aspire for high quality, on time, and profitable deliveries

c. Plan, organize and report outputs during the life-cycle of the project(s) to all stakeholders

d. Ensure to use best-in-class frameworks and methodologies for project deliveries

e. Keep minimum tickets and escalations on projects. Resolve them fast if there are any

2. Client Management:

a. Own the relationship with key project stakeholders from the client's side

b. Understand client's requirements in detail. Aspire for absolute clarity

c. Work for client delight on delivery quality and security norms.

Requirements - Must have:

- MBA and/or engineering degree from a premier institute- 2-4 years of experience. MBA freshers with 1-2 years prior work experience in software development are also suited for this role

- Great communication skills as this is a client-facing role

- Great focus on getting things done. Great sense of ownership

- Flexibility to work from client's location (within or outside India)

- Process-oriented approach. However, should handle problems in case processes are still being built

- Strong team player

- Aspiration for excellence and move towards it day-by-day
