Roles & Responsibilities :
- Profit center head responsible for achieving assigned targets for sign up of delivery partners and colleges in the region.
- Develop strategies specific to the region to achieve business goals
- Manage, Review and supervise the effort of regional teams.
- Aggressively promote the Brand in new markets.
- Act as an escalation point in the region for DP and Colleges to sort out any challenges
- Collaborate with AF & Placement services to ensure smooth function of the program
- Responsible to motivate and retain Area Head Sales, AF and BDM's
KPI :
- Percentage of achieving the assigned targets.
- Effectiveness of the area teams.
- Performance of delivery partners in the region.
- Performance of education management advisors in the region.
- Satisfaction of colleges in the region.
