Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving assigned targets for student placements/interviews in the region.

- Work on empaneling with potential recruiters in the region outside of what has been achieved at the

- Area/delivery partner level.

- Structure empanelment process in coordination with Area Head and BDM for compliance and regular follow-up till it is closed.

- Understand the manpower planning of organization and how we can service and value add

- Identifying Opportunity in supply and demand of skilled manpower in the region

- Track interview performance and interview opportunities committed to students

- Implement structured empanelment process in coordination with Area Head Sales and BDM's.

- Retention of BDM Placements in the region

KPI:

- Percentage of achieving the assigned targets.

- Effectiveness of the area teams.
