Roles & Responsibilities:
- Profit center head responsible for achieving assigned targets as per the annual business plan
- Manage, motivate and drive the regional teams for achieving the business objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with AF and BDM's to ensure seamless operation in DP and Colleges
- Reviewing regional teams and providing mentorship and retention.
- Go to market strategies in driving B2B sales at pan India Level.
KPI:
- Percentage of achieving the assigned targets.
- Effectiveness of the regional teams.
