Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving assigned targets for student placements/interviews opportunities nationally:

- Provide go to market strategy of executing and achieving the annual business plan

- Mapping and empanelment of MNC's at an enterprise level.

- Drive the implementation of the placement strategies.

- Achieve empanelment with national/transnational potential Corporates, EMA's and Placement cells.

- Monitor industry trends and souring channels for creating opportunities

- Should be active with industry forums and business platforms like LinkedIn ect.

KPI:

- Percentage of achieving the assigned targets.

- Effectiveness of the regional teams.
