Sales Head College - College Partnerships EdTech (3-7 yrs)
- Devise and execute strategy for overall business development with respect to Universities partnerships
- Effectively manage sales funnel in the region, all the way from generating and qualifying lead to conversion and onboarding
- Maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders, senior management of Colleges and Universities
- New business development involving prospect development.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
Profile :
- 3-7 years of relevant sales experience with a distinctive track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Meaningful experience in institutional sales roles in high growth B2B EdTech start-up
- Deep-rooted connections in the College ecosystem is an added advantage
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director in B2B industry/ Digital sales
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and to position products against competitors
