- Web and Portal Management for Sourcing Candidates and interns.
- Consultants
2. Talent Acquisition - Engage with Academic Institutions for a steady sourcing of Trainees and Interns.
3. Talent Management
- Employee Induction Support and Coordination.
Secondary Responsibility:
1. Talent Management - Ensuring the HRD data is Managed and Updated.
2. Talent Management - Support the Employee Transaction Process
- Payroll
- Time Keeping
- Leave Management

- Performance Management System. Maintain Documentation and Records.

- Employee Engagement Programs.
