Role Overview:.

- As a Key Account Manager (Customer Success Manager) at Edumilestones, you will be responsible for re-engaging and generating revenue from our inactive and semi-active accounts.

- This role is crucial in maximizing the potential of our existing customer base, ensuring continued engagement, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to generate revenue from existing clients by offering upgrades, renewals, and additional services.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with inactive and semi-active clients to re-engage them with Edumilestones' offerings.

- Account Management: Monitor account performance, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions to maximize retention.

- Upselling & Cross-selling: Educate clients on new products, features, and services to enhance their experience and drive additional sales.

- Feedback & Improvement: Gather client feedback, understand pain points, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.

- Performance Tracking: Maintain records of client interactions, revenue growth, and engagement metrics to track progress and improve strategies.

Key Requirements:.

- Proven experience in key account management, customer success, or business development (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or career counselling industries).

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of revenue generation.
