- We are looking for a skilled Accounts and Compliance Manager to oversee the preparation, maintenance, and review of accounts, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

- The ideal candidate will ensure that the company's financial operations comply with industry standards and legal requirements, while also contributing to payroll, taxation, and vendor management processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accounts and Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate preparation, maintenance, and review of accounts, bookkeeping, fixed assets, and supplies.

- Tax Compliance: Adhere to Direct and Indirect taxation compliance, ensuring filings are submitted before due dates.

- Finalization of Accounts: Finalize accounts as per the company's policy and submit reports accordingly.

- Payroll and Reimbursements: Assist with payroll, reimbursements, and financial reconciliations as required.

- Industry Best Practices: Research and implement best practices suitable for the company's environment and operations.

- Process Improvement: Identify and improve any delays in internal processes, including timing and scrutiny lag.

- Financial Reporting: Help in preparing monthly financial reports based on performance, in compliance with various department/vertical requirements.

- Vendor Management: Handle vendor onboarding, payments, and coordination to ensure smooth transactions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Credit, Operations, Service, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and seamless service delivery to customers.

- Customer Relations: Build trust, customer loyalty, and satisfaction during the underwriting process while operating in full compliance with laws, regulations, and lending guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, and compliance regulations.

- Knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxation and experience with timely filings.

- Familiarity with payroll, reimbursements, and financial reconciliations.

- Experience with vendor management and coordination across teams.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in financial reporting and understanding of internal auditing processes
