Job Title: Engagement Manager.

Location: Delhi/Rajasthan.

Employment Type: Full-time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Principal Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with school principals.

- Regularly engage with principals to understand their satisfaction levels and address their concerns or feedback.

- Ensure that principals are well-informed about our organization's activities and initiatives.

School Visits:

- Conduct at least one school visit per day to stay connected with the schools in the region.

- Interact with teachers and students during visits to ensure they understand the services we provide and feel engaged with our programs.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Create structured reports detailing interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels of principals and school staff.

- Maintain accurate records of all visits and communications with schools.

Foresight and Challenges:

- Anticipate challenges that schools may face and proactively offer solutions or support.

- Stay updated on the educational landscape to understand evolving needs and trends in the region.

Resource Identification:

- Identify resource requirements for schools and gather feedback from teachers and principals on what they need.

- Collaborate with the organization to allocate necessary resources and support as required.

Expansion Efforts:

- Contribute to the organization's expansion plans in Jammu by identifying potential schools for partnership.

- Assist in acquiring the resources needed to extend our reach to more schools in the region.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in education sector.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to training the teachers, overseeing STEM education, creating performance reports for stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree.

Skills:

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Passion: Deep commitment to improving education.
