For more details you can visit us at www.educomp.com  This opportunity is with the Smartclass division of Educomp which sells innovative range of digital e learning solutions to K12 segment.   Below is a brief of the roles and responsibilities :   - Assists with complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations and helps close deals.   - Directly manages high profile customer accounts.   - Develops and oversees a sales training program for new and existing employees.   - Analyzes the market dynamics and creating a strategy to move up the sales figures.   - Responsible for sales activity planning, sales reviews and funnel management.   - Heads the sales force at different levels, honing the selling skills   - Conducts presentations on launch of products and organize BTL activities such as seminars, workshops etc.   - Coordinates with the internal stakeholders for matter related to the client.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :   The candidate should be :   - Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, excellent negotiation skills.   - Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics.   - Excellent Business acumen with excellent communication & presentation skills.   - Effective Leader with excellent planning, organizational and collaborative time management skills.   - Positive, Enthusiastic and Self-starter possessing high energy levels, aggressive and tough task master.   Credentials and Experience :  Experience : Minimum 8 yrs of relevant experience in sales.   Educational Qualification : Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA.
