- The Regional Manager will be responsible for coordinating the regional operations of EI. This position involves significant responsibility and high level of target orientation. The current product portfolio of EI includes ASSET - a diagnostic test, Teacher Training, and Curriculum Services, Mindspark - an adaptive learning program and Detailed Assessment (DA) - a futuristic assessment and a topic-wise testing tool.
- EI's solutions, ASSET, DA and Mindspark, currently reach over 400,000 students every year, and create over 100 million data points that feed EI's insights, along with a deep understanding of the topic/subject to be learnt, and other detailed studies with students and collection of large-scale data from the entire spectrum, spanning India's leading international private schools, to rural Government schools from the country's most impoverished districts.
Job Description :
- Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management, and Teachers to create and service the demand for EI offerings.
- Inspiring, leading and coordinating the team to evolve into partners working towards a common goal of school improvement with the school management.
- Take EI- S Products into the next stage of product growth through a penetration in schools of small cities and towns.
- Coordinate with SBU Heads of different products and services to ensure Maximum geographical reach and coverage.
Desired Profile/Skills :
- Excellent communication skills
- Mini. 3 years of experience in Direct Sales
- Presentable and Matured
- Extensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region.
