About the job :
- As a Relationship Manager, you would be expected to partner with agents and generate business through them.
Job Description (Role) :
- Drive acquisition and activation of new IFAs, NDs, and Banks to achieve higher sales volumes.
- Meet distributors regularly and identify potential ones to be earmarked for higher business opportunities.
- Drive sales independently of different products by regularly engaging with all the distributors for respective channels.
- Circulates fund updates and product related information to respective partners.
- Marketing collaboration with distributors to increase EduFund's mindshare and increase visibility through various activities.
- Conduct distributor engagement programs.
- Ensure that publicity material and other literature are provided to distributors on time.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the business.
- Specific Criteria Required For The Applicant Students.
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
- Mandatory NISM V-A certification.
- Good excel skills.
- A Positive and go-getter attitude & strong team culture.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Should speak and write English and Hindi, knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.
