Manager - B2B Sales - Education Loans (GRE & Counseling Partnerships)


Job Summary:


- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to develop and manage partnerships with GRE preparation centers and study abroad counseling firms. The primary objective is to establish a consistent funnel of qualified leads for our education loan products by leveraging these strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual with strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the education loan market, and a proven track record in B2B sales.


Responsibilities:


- Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard GRE preparation centers and study abroad counseling firms as strategic partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial.


- Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Collaborate with partners to create and implement lead generation strategies. Educate partners on our education loan products and processes.


- Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads through the partner channel. Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics.


- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the GRE preparation and study abroad counseling sectors. Analyze competitor activities and

develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to education loans.


- Sales & Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure successful collaboration. Address partner inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales activities in CRM.


- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, partner engagement, and market trends. Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or financial services industry. Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships. Strong understanding of the education loan market and the study abroad process.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


- Experience working with educational institutions or test preparation centers is a major plus.


- Knowledge of the GRE testing process, and study abroad counseling industry is a major plus.
