Responsibilities :

- Own overall relationship with assigned clients/coaches

- Ensure smooth fulfillment of services by communicating with customers and partner coaches at each step of the delivery process

- Assist coaches and customers with onboarding on the platform

- Seek, process, and execute client requests

- Follow up with customers and partner coaches to take feedback

- Assist with regular partner coach engagement

- Create and maintain reports for customer/coach requests, order fulfillment, etc.

- Assist with data management and analytics for the business

- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients/coaches

- Aid clients in achieving their goals


Qualifications :

- 2-7 years of experience in customer success or client servicing role

- Experience in L&D or training in or HR industry is a must

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong creative and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

- A great "Can do" attitude."

- Detail oriented and analytical
