The role focuses on the following areas : Requirement Analysis : - Assessing the Need and requirement by understanding about the requirement and gathering all the relevant information. - Business Logic &amp; knowledge and understanding of Business Data. - Creating a document and getting this reviewed by Product Director/Delivery Manager to avoid any understanding gaps. - Preparing the use case designs, Convert the requirement in functional Document. - Explain about the requirement to the project manager and the team. - All Relevant Requirement documents buildup and modifications at the start, during and after the project - Ensuring all the documents are kept in Project Management system and other relevant systems with the latest versions Data Analysis : - Get the data and analyze to understand the data set and put down in the Data Analysis document for next level of work. It may include formula writing etc. - Estimating about the hours need to work on the analysis work Project Coordination : - Project related coordination with the project manager, Project teams, follow ups, raise issues. - Address issues on project co-ordination to the Business Analysis division head. - Present in the daily scrum and circulate the update. May need to be the scrum master - Project Management system task creation, task update, task monitor - Proactively work on tasks and able to raise concern even before the issue happens - Update of any specific reports as per the requirement Qualifications Required : - Should have experience in the range of 3-7 years - Should have experience in open source languages (preferably JavaScript, React, etc.) - Excellent Communication Skill in English is must, both verbal and written - Should have strong Data analysis and excel skills are required - Should have worked on Agile methodology - Should have experience on Project management tool like TFS, Jira. - Experience in wire framing - Should have logical and analytical approach - Should be Self-motivated &amp; willing to take initiative About the Company : A 10-year old technology company specializing in Web &amp; mobile application development, devOps, Digital Teams on Demand, Cloud Services and testing services.
