EDM Manager - Healthcare Industry

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced EDM Manager to join their vibrant team in Hyderabad.

Role: EDM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the offshore EDM team, delivering end-to-end business solutions for internal teams, including design, development, deployment, and support.

- Interface daily with US-based management, stakeholders, and architects, while coordinating and managing team deliverables.

- Maintain productivity, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, working closely with end users, business analysts, and development peers.

- Communicate effectively and successfully, both in writing and verbally, with various stakeholders including developers, database administrators, software configuration management engineers, business analysts, product managers, and project managers.

- Adhere to standard design, deployment, and testing methodologies in an Agile development environment, including product requirements document reviews and software functional specifications documentation.

- Take significant responsibility and execute collaboratively on projects with the EDM team.

- Work from the Hyderabad office.

- Accommodate a time-shifted schedule to align with US-based employees.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10 - 15 years in the Healthcare Industry

- Exceptional communication skills
