Role Snapshot:
Title: AVP/VP/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Associate Partner in Business Development, Marketing, and Growth
Principal Duties:
- From inception, strategically escalate the business vertical, overseeing all P&L facets.
- Formulate and execute strategies to exceed the 15% Profit After Tax (PAT) benchmark.
- Lead in market analysis, business development, and partnerships to fuel revenue growth and broaden market reach.
- Manage operations to ensure effectiveness, excellence, and cost-efficiency.
- Work in concert with various teams to synchronize business goals with operational efforts.
- Track performance indicators and refine strategies to maintain and amplify business growth and profitability.
- Cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients to bolster business aims.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in business development, strategic foresight, and P&L oversight.
- A track record of escalating business operations, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial landscape.
