- Compensation & Benefits for different talent segments for assigned Geo

- Program Manage Digitization for Infosys C&B Globally with both internal IT teams and external C&B products

- Act as a strategic rewards partner to different business areas presented.

- Secure implementation of rewards practices and principles, global compliance and local relevance.

- Experience - 4+ yrs

- MBA in HR preferred from Tier 1 / Tier 2
