Employee Relations
- Supervise and lead investigation and resolution of any employee relations issues across locations; negotiate with employees, or employee groups, to settle conflicts and minimize dispute; lead defined employee engagement programs across locations IN ORDER TO make Infosys a great place to work
Disciplinary Procedures
- Anchor the disciplinary committee; create and maintain a robust disciplinary handling procedure for the company; conduct reviews with DC HR teams on incidents and actions taken; take decisions on actions to company; conduct reviews with DC HR teams on incidents and actions taken; take decisions on actions tobe taken in cases on non- compliance; ensure regular audits and trainings IN ORDER TO maintain harmonious employee relations and ensure compliance of procedures with regulatory requirements.
Onboarding Verifications
- Monitor deployment of background checks on boarding; handle deviations and non compliances as per company's disciplinary policy; conduct regular reviews with background verification team and identify trends/ patterns to evaluate opportunities for process improvements and implementation of best practices IN ORDER TO ensure compliance with Infosvs hiring norms and improve efficiency and effectiveness of of Infosys Background Check Activities.
Policy and Programs
- Lead and monitor the implementation of personnel policies and procedures; participate in the creation and deployment of employee relations policies IN ORDER TO ensure policies are aligned to legal and regulatory requirements and also aid in building a positive work environment for employees
Employee Support and Services
- Guide ER team in handling all peer-to-peer relation issues as well as employee-management concerns, including grievance investigation and resolution; performance planning & counseling; operationalize effective counseling and EAP programs IN ORDER TO enable quick response to employee issues in all countries
Positive Work Environment
- Anchor the company's anti harassment initiative; prepare a plan for training sessions in different DCs; follow up with team members for tracking status of training sessions; come up with ideas for new initiatives to build greater awareness; conduct/ ensure conduct of training for managers on policy IN ORDER TO provide employees a positive work atmosphere while being compliant with the relevant laws
Compliance and Ethics
- Track program compliance at regular intervals; initiate corrective action as indicated in the compliance audits;conduct/ ensure conduct of training sessions for the HR team and line managers IN ORDER TO ensure compliance
Team Handling
- Establish lines of control and delegate responsibilities to subordinate staff; oversee performance and reporting; ensure team building in order to increase effectiveness; participate actively in hiring and career movement activities for different teams including ER managers, background check and compliance teams IN ORDER TO build an enhanced and high- performing ER team
Emergency Response, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Serve as a key representative of HR in all BCMS activities including audits; review BCMS policies and practices for introducing improvements; identify action plans from an HR perspective in case of emergency situations and allocate tasks to task force members IN ORDER TO ensure business continuity.
- Ensure adherence to Information security norms of the company; monitor reports from Information Loss
Information Security
- Ensure adherence to Information security norms of the company; monitor reports from Information Loss. Monitoring Systems and updates from DC HR team; initiate actions as per policy IN ORDER TO ensure information loss is minimal
Business Partnership
- Effectively partner with other HR groups as well as business groups IN ORDER TO ensure ER meets with business expectations and partners other programs in the company
