Role Objective: Co-create the business plan for the division; anchor large pursuits; review and guide delivery processes; liaison with clients and form strategic alliances; drive; unit-level initiatives WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ensuring the highest levels of project delivery in the Delivery Unit WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Edgeverve/Infosys
Business Planning: Prepare overall Business plan with Industry head IN ORDER TO budget revenue, margins, manpower, competency needs.
Prospecting :Collaborate with Industry head in identifying new business opportunities (Existing and New accounts), Market analysis, Competition, analysis, Go to Market strategy IN ORDER TO acquire new business and expand existing business
Proposals: Anchor large complex and strategic pursuits. Review & Approve Proposal (Solution, Estimation, Financial modeling, Project Plan), IN ORDER TO ensure viability of proposal
Alliance :Identifying and creating appropriate alliances IN ORDER TO fulfill new service requirements for client
Contracting & Agreement: Review Master Services Agreement (MSA) from compliance and execution perspective IN ORDER TO validate and sign-off contractual requirements
Quality Planning: Define Q& P goals for the division, Focus on continuous improvement & innovation IN ORDER TO ensure compliance and improve productivity
Risk Planning :Risk Assessment and Mitigation Planning, High Risk Project Reviews and Governance of complex engagements IN ORDER TO minimize and mitigate account risks
Account Tracking and Control :Provide Delivery Governance and track & control account execution IN ORDER TO achieve Delivery excellence
People Management : Allocation of people to projects, understand the aspirations of employees & work with employees on their career path, plan for and mentor, employees on their competency development, Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines, Provide inputs on C&B, for the employees, Establish R&R mechanism with in the DU, Do team building and motivation, review and take corrective action to comply, with company HR processes, mentoring the team and participate in the recruitment activities IN ORDER TO motivate the team for successful, Allocation of people to projects, understand the aspirations of employees & work with employees on their career path, plan for and mentor.
Provide Delivery Governance and track & control account execution IN ORDER TO achieve Delivery excellence. delivery of the projects
Operations Management :Review resource utilization, conduct operations review and review budgets, resource plans and subcontractor management processes. S/he will track utilization and expenses, facilitate internal systems and approvals and conduct financial analysis IN ORDER TO meet OEI; targets for the Delivery Unit.
Strategy & Road Map Definition (Technical Domain): Listen to and act on customer feedback (CSAT/Engagement Feedback), Client visits, Relationship management, CSAT, Engagement. Client Management Feedback, SLA management, Issue & escalation management IN ORDER TO achieve high Client Satisfaction organizational goals proactively
Initiatives and Innovation :Provide inputs on strategy and thought leadership at sub vertical / division IN ORDER TO respond to changing customer needs and people engagement which impact the IBU/Company IN ORDER TO bring about systemic efficiencies
Industry Solutions: Identification of opportunities and implementation of industry solutions for the vertical IN ORDER TO effectively differentiate EdgeverveCo-create the business plan for the division; anchor large pursuits; review and guide delivery processes; liaison with clients and form strategic alliances; drive; unit-level initiatives WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ensuring the highest levels of project delivery in the Delivery Unit WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Edgeverve/Infosys
