- As the Leader of Product Team, you will be literally owning all the Products and Platforms of the organization.

- This distinguished leader will ideate, lead, own, and deliver unique, large scale, enterprise software products and platforms, that delight all the stakeholders, while fulfilling the business goals.
Responsibilities & Job Overview:
- Brainstorm new product ideas and enhancements to the existing product by collating requests from stakeholders and customers.
- Talk to users and deep dive in data to identify problems and opportunities.
- Come up with hypothesis and design experiments.
- Create functional and UI specifications, business cases, and wireframes.
- Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap, by analyzing & prioritizing the requirements of users, stakeholders and the business.
- Write detailed product specs to communicate what is to be built.
- Be the main contact for requirements & specifications during the development phases.
- Own products and get features built in close collaboration with the engineering teams.
- Evaluate new product opportunities for the company, keeping in mind the customer's requirements and latest market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience including 2-3 years of experience in full cycle product management from conception to launch and 2-3 years of leadership experience in managing Product Managers / Team.
- Strong man management with a proven ability to hire top talent.
- Strong managerial experience with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in understanding business requirements, creating and reviewing functional specifications, and use cases with attention to detail.
- Possess a good command on analyzing data, and deriving key insights.
- Strong focus on delivering products that exceed customer expectations in usability, performance, reliability, and user experience.
