We are looking for Head of Marketing who can provide strategic and operational direction to the team including communications, commercial events and competitions and membership services. The person will own and oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for all the product lines. Responsible for the commercial strategy devised to increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and create a structure for the marketing function based on the business context and direction of the organization.
- Acquire talent to take up roles in the decided structure for the department.
- Understand the market and Plan marketing strategy for the year and budget for various activities.
- Provide creative inputs in developing promotional mix, visual aids, multimedia presentation, technical write-ups, information brochure, advertisements, commercial ads, advertorials etc.
- Own campaign execution, post-event lead management (execution) for all marketing levers.
- Understand origination, operation and production costs and margins to arrive at a product wise pricing strategy.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
- Monitor progress of the marketing plan and submit performance reports to the leadership team.
- Translate the marketing concepts into the language of business and highlight possibilities and impact/ROI potential of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strategize all brand activity to ensure that it is in line with brand strategy and corporate guidelines.
- Be adept with the dynamic digital marketing scenario and understand SEO/SEM, social, re-targeting and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution.
- Plan the launch of new products and their branding.
Requirement:
- 6+ years of experience in the same field.
- Highly developed, and demonstrated teamwork skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
- Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
- Project Management Skills and data interpretation/ analysis skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities.
