Job Purpose :
To be responsible for managing the learning needs for all the employees and partners in their assigned area by delivering mandated learning programs, conducting TNI, coaching & mentoring employees to address performance issues, managing training documentation and reporting.
Department : Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the channel partners to understand their training requirements & provide the necessary training
- Periodically reviewing Training needs of Partner Employees
- Maintaining the high morale, satisfaction & engagement levels of the Business Partners through Training inventions and Business activities
- Training Partner Employees on Products and Processes
- All the MIS related to Channel Training activities
- Preparation of Training Calendars and adherence
- On the Job Training of Employees & Partners (Financial planning Sales process)
- Content Creation & modification for Partners related to competitor analysis
- Liaison with Corporate Office and Central Content Team to provide feedback on Training content requirements for Partner Employees
- Communication & tracking completion of learning assignments including e-learning.

Preferred Qualification : MBA, AMFI Certification, A-III, Training Certifications.
