Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Pune.

- The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.

- Daily tasks include overseeing a team of sales agents, developing marketing strategies, conducting training and support sessions, building strong relationships with clients, and monitoring market trends to optimize sales operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the insurance industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
