Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance is hiring for Branch Heads across multiple locations to manage a team of Development Managers in Agency Sales. The incumbent will act as a profit centre for the company driving optimum utilization of available resources.
Managerial Responsibilities :
- Ensuring 100% staffing of development managers in agency sales
- Motivating, mentoring and guiding the team
- Creating the business plan and helping the team to achieve it
Functional Responsibilities :
- Maintain the agreed revenue targets and persistence targets for the branch
- Handle complaints & ensure resolution of queries for employees, agents and customers
- Maintain the defined Login vs Issuance rate
- Maintain the agent activisation rate and percentage of club qualifiers
- Plan for daily, monthly and yearly activities and monitor the same
- Interact with senior management for resolution of critical issues
- Train and share inputs with the team in order to guide them towards achieving targets
