Edelweiss - Lead - Partnerships & Alliances

This strategic role involves building on three pillars for the business:

- Nurturing and building Partnerships with leading Banks of India with the Co-lending framework; Involves interacting with CXO / senior management interactions with Bank officials and managing all aspects of onboarding the relationship including Product and Operating Process design for the entire suite of products offered by Nido Home Finance including Affordable Home Finance, LAP and Construction Finance.

Education: Preferred Min Eng + MBA in Marketing or Finance.

Minimum Work Experience:

- 8+ years preferably in building Partnerships, Product, Strategy, Alliances

- Excellent skills in MS Office especially excel, analytics, presentation, and a marketing sense.

- Ability to think strategically and look at the external market and recommend new products that meet the revised norms.

- Analytically driven.

- Ability to multitask and engage with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.

- Ability to work in ambiguous environment.

- Ability to engage with CXO levels of Banks / FIs and run ongoing dialogues on synergy / strategy.

- Execution of securitization transaction as per cashflow & PBC

- Internal stakeholder management to drive key initiatives for timely execution.

- Scalable Co lending model process setup

- Good sense of humour, and ability to handle rejection.
