- Partner with key business stakeholders to identify and drive organization-wide development initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy and growth objectives of the organization
- Responsible for driving key initiatives within the organization- Performance management cycle, compensation & benefits, incentive planning & strategy, R&R programs, retention plans, etc.
- Responsible for managing the goal setting exercise and driving succession planning in line with the overall vision of the organization
- Research, design and launch Policy initiatives across the organization, while ensuring no deviation from compliance and regulatory requirements
- Creation of Standard Operating Processes in line with existing and new Policies for seamless execution and end user acceptance
- Continually coaching and building relations with line managers to ensure effective employee relation management
- Lead talent development programs for employees across the hierarchy
- Stay abreast with best industry practices and play an active role in the introduction and implementation of the same within the organization.
- Candidate with MBA HR from Tier 1 College preferable
