1. The incumbent will be responsible for product positioning, market fitment, understanding consumer behavior, defining launch timelines and partnerships
2. Manage and take complete ownership of product launches - right from conceptualization to phased implementation
3. Extensively involved in product development, resource and Tech requirements planning in consultation with Strategy Head
4. The candidate should have an innovative bent of mind, should be able to understand market landscape, should have managed end-to-end product launches
5. The candidate should be able to coordinate with various functions to ensure product roll-out within defined timelines, understand product priorities, take ownership and implement a product governance framework
6. This position will closely work with the Strategy Head and CEO of General Insurance Business
