Job Purpose : - The role is responsible for developing and implementing a media and influencer PR strategy which offers a competitive advantage in line with the overall business strategy - A secondary aspect of the role entails communications, including events &amp; sponsorships ( internal of external), content and social media that require communicating message(s)/amplification across an audience or the general public - The role is required to ensure complete alignment with overall marketing plans and strategies Key Responsibilities : Managerial Responsibilities : - Handle the research, development and implementation of a Communication strategy, standards and practices. - Focus on Brand development through Design of Marketing Material, PR Communications, Online Marketing, Events marketing. - Communication strategy for Edelgive. - Disseminate through appropriate channels. - Support projects, programs and events specific to all company communications and marketing strategies. - Assist the team in coordinating various integrated marketing activities ( i.e Thought Leadership, events, digital marketing) Functional Responsibilities : - Identifying and evaluating of media opportunities - Conceptualizing and drafting media plans, press releases, media briefs, media responses, articles and MIS reports - Engaging with senior leadership to understand the business requirements and develop the PR and marketing strategies - Developing effective strategies for communicating the business, culture, vision and values - Networking with the media to help the company build relations with the media - Working with and driving the PR/other agency to deliver desired results
