Salary range: 7 - 10 LPA
Edelweiss is looking for a Digital Client Engagement Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for our existing client base. He will be responsible for Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) through most effective client engagement strategies through various digital mediums available.
Key Responsibilities-
Maximise revenue per client through Online Communications as per assigned target
Maximise client share of wallet through various cross sell products.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify customer and business initiatives necessary for increasing the Online usage
Understand client trading pattern & build smart relevant communications to increase client online engagement
Identify gaps & initiate time bound projects to improve activation on regular basis
Work with Marketing to design communication to execute campaigns
Ensure customer touch points are used effectively for increasing customer engagement.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple asset classes and customer touch points

Fair knowledge on Equity Markets
Conceptualize new ideas and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint
Combination of creative and analytical talent
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends).

Affluent with Excel & formulas
Good English writing
