Edelweiss - Corporate Planning & Strategy Role

Job Purpose :

Key focus area includes formulating advice to the MD & CEO on strategic matters of businesses and focus on data, analysis, financial modelling and execution of projects to drive strategic objectives with the Team Leaders.

Functional Responsibilities :

- To work closely with CEO to drive planning & implementation of Strategic Projects in BFSI/Fintech & preparing board level presentations for the MD, Chairman review.

- Supporting CEO's Office by collaborating with Business Heads across LOB & Tech PMO for delivering critical & fast paced projects by leading strategic initiatives.

- Drive strategic initiatives of high impact and drive cross-team projects in high growth and complex business environment.

- Drive mechanisms to create stronger cross-team collaboration and synergies.

- Provided strategic insights from the industry market research & competitive benchmarking exercise to aid the Top Management in key decision making

- Take complete ownership of multiple high-value projects and work with multiple teams to solve critical, cross-functional problems.

- Work closely with the Leadership team to identify key priorities for the organization and ensure effective solution implementation.

- Develop a deep understanding of the industry, and identify opportunities to drive additional value for the company.

- Maintaining Dashboards and Trackers for Project Progress Metrics for timely closure
