Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage Global Security Settlements' operations

Requirements:

- Own client & employee experience for entire Security Settlements' operations

- 20 + years of relevant industry experience

- Responsible for management of Security Settlements based Applications & ensure that these applications are updated with recent market driven initiatives

- Recognize potential for greater processing & reporting efficiencies & make recommendations accordingly

- Drive strategic direction for the Security Settlements team & create a close integration with global footprint

Needs following points:

- Good Stability based on the tenure in past organisations (2-3 years in the early career would be fine, however the later journey should show a more stable career with an organization
