As the Co-Founder Business Development at EcoVijay, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the companys business operations, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader who is passionate about sustainability and has a strong understanding of EPR regulations. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape business strategies, lead client acquisition, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across industries.

Key Responsibilities Business Strategy & Growth:


- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand EcoVijays footprint in the environmental consultancy space.

- Identify new market opportunities and expand our reach within existing and new sectors.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Lead efforts to acquire new clients, nurture relationships, and create long-lasting partnerships.

- Build a strong pipeline of prospects and clients through networking, referrals, and direct sales efforts.

EPR Compliance & Sustainability Expertise:

- Leverage deep expertise in EPR regulations and sustainability consulting to provide tailored solutions to clients.

- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses on how to meet environmental compliance standards while promoting sustainable practices.

Partnerships & Collaborations:

- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with industry leaders, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

- Forge partnerships that strengthen the companys offerings and increase market presence.

Leadership & Team Building:

- Collaborate with the co-founder team and senior leadership to develop organizational goals, mission, and vision.

- Guide and mentor the business development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Market Research & Trends:

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainability and EPR compliance.

- Use this knowledge to refine business development strategies and offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Revenue Generation & Reporting:

- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Report on business development metrics, progress towards goals, and overall market trends to the leadership team.
