EcoTrail Personal Care - Supply Chain Manager - Cosmetics/Personal Care

- Candidate should have handled FMCG (cosmetics / personal care related products) Procurement, Inventory as per FIFO, handling RM store, Packaging of Bulk and Online order consignment, handling all logistics partners and OnLine portals.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years as complete and Independent Incharge of supply chain function involving all these activities.

- Candidate should be familiar and capable of Implementing following:

- Good Housekeeping practices and Layout of warehouse/Store with Location Codes

- Should have handled Online Ecommerce Order Processing as part of Warehouse function

- Should be able to negotiate with transporter and logistics partners and handle day to day dealings with them

- Should have sound theoretical and practical knowledge of Inventory control fundamentals

- Should be cable of developing vendors for MP, Consumables, RM and have good negotiation skill.

- Should be able to design and Implement strong systems and Processes in Warehousing, Inventory management, Packaging of consignment with speed & accuracy without errors.

- Should be strong in use of ERP software like Tally ERP-9 and other ERP

- Should have good command over M.S. office with emphases on Excel and general computer application

- Should be able to build strong and cohesive team under him and keep the team motivated and committed.

- Should be a strong team leader cable of handling store/warehouse executives and workmen effectively to ensure highest productivity

- Prior experience in cosmetics/personal care/fcmg field a must
