Role Summary :

- Oversees the entire business/ project/ program in the capacity of team leader/ business head guiding and monitoring members of the Project Management Unit.

- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

- Develop strategies (business and products), balancing the company's objectives, and customer satisfaction. Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.

- Evaluate aspects of product/ business development, in terms of budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

- Liaise with the Clients/ Govt authorities as well as all the stakeholders involved in the business. Acts as the single point of contact for the Senior Management for business performance reporting along with supporting them in formulating strategies for market development.

- Participate in Product Evolution and Development. Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services and develop the market accordingly

- Responsible for initiation, planning, carrying out duties and responsibilities that are needed for the business and liaise with the Clients/ Govt authorities as well as all the stakeholders involved in the business.

- Act as the single point of contact for the senior management and update on performance along with support in formulating strategies for the success of the business.
