Job Description

As the Associate Economist, you will be reporting to the MD Economics & Research. You will also be responsible for:

- Developing forecasts and tracking economic trends across the region

- Gathering, analyzing and presenting data to support research projects

- Conducting individual research on topics of current popularity & demand in the market and publishing them

- Responding to inquiries from clients and within the firm about Indian economics research

The Successful Applicant

- You will have a Masters degree in Economics/Econometrics/Statistics with strong communication and writing skills. You will have to be proficient in using Excel and have experience in statistical packages like eViews. You will have strong numerical skills and have knowledge about the Indian economy.
