eCommerce Website Management Role

Experience: 4-8 Years

CTC: 12-15 Lpa

- Ensure functionality and superior consumer experience on the web assets of ttkprestige.com & shop.ttkprestige.com

- Create strategies to grow subscriber base on the community page, newsletter sign- ups, and positively influence all web traffic metrics

- Make adjustments to the designs, or overhaul the UX/UI by working with external partners

- Plan and implement SEO best practices

- Respond to and troubleshoot all issues across the Website

- Conceptualize and design new features for the Websites

- Develop content with content stakeholders and conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and /or duplicate information.

- Ensure full compliance on the digital assets with all laws and regulations.

- Keep up to date with industry best practices and conduct competitor benchmarking

- Analyze on-going website performance. Establish KPI goals for each module of the website.

- Thorough understanding of the new products and features.

- Identify and document all Website errors.

- Handling Website Backend of the website & establish priorities to users.

- Handle the Uptime of the company's website & looks all the functionality of the website is working smoothly

- Co-ordinate with the external development team for continuous upkeep & maintenance of the website.

- Monitor usability and user experience on the websites.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.

- 3+ years of work experience as a Website Executive in leading organizations

- Expert knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, web UI, on-page SEO, Web languages and other CMS tools

- Proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser, and cross-platform compatibility testing etc.

- Ability to customize WordPress themes is an advantage

- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment in coordination with an agency

- Project management, Execution skills with the ability to multi-task and take ownership
