Job Summary:

- We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.

- This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure our e-commerce platforms are aligned with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Platform Management:

- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g. company website, Amazon, eBay).

- Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Sales Optimization:.

- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Implement strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates.

Customer Experience:

- Enhance the online shopping experience by ensuring easy navigation, clear product information, and a seamless checkout process.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns.

- Manage promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales and attract new customers.

Inventory Management:

- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate and updated.

- Manage inventory across all e-commerce platforms to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

SEO and SEM:

- Optimize product listings for search engines to improve visibility and rankings.

- Implement and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support decision-making.

- Use data analytics tools to monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.

- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the wellness or nutrition industry.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.

- Proficient in SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising.

- Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.

- Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools is a plus.
