- Work with Leadership team to deliver sales targets.
- Manage team of Sr. TSM and TSM to drive E Commerce Business
- You will own e-commerce revenue targets and work towards realizing them
- Develop high performance distribution channel to support E Commerce business objectives and activities
- Accountable for traffic, conversion, product sales and other web KPIs
- Establish B2B, B2C online shop and communication strategy (email, social media, and other channels)
- Work with client engagement managers to create B2C communication & promotional plans
- Improve online shop, and e-commerce functionalities
- Lead analytics team to come with insights around ecommerce business
- Manage vendors who provide e-commerce services such as email provider, personalization engine etc.
- Improve member engagement by optimizing UX and Campaigns using tools
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, QlikView for web analytics, data visualization & personalization
- Advise clients for improving e-commerce KPIs and creating deeper member engagement for continued business growth
- Support Ecommerce Sales with the capture and reporting of KPIs, such conversion rate, page views, and time-on-site
- Develop and maintain a predictable forecasting model
- Collaborate with Marketing team to execute online promotions and strategies
- Delivery on acceptable churn rates and new customer acquisition
- Market research and analysis.
