Roles & responsibilities:
- Expertise in building and scaling an E-commerce business across B2C marketplaces and B2B channels with a clear performance track record of scaling an FMCG business on E-commerce platforms
- Ability to create and execute joint-business plans and account level planning and execution on aggressive growth targets- proven business record on Amazon, Flipkart, Grofers, BigBasket, Jio, Swiggy etc.
- Right promo & visibility planning based on assortment-shopper-use case insights backed with data
- Execution and operations rigor on day-day planning and follow-up required with internal team and coordination with Buying and Merchandizing team of accounts
- Relationship management and networking skills to be ahead of competition with insights/inputs on latest trends across marketplace platforms
- RoI and data analytics based approach to all decision making and planning- strong ability to work on Excel, MIS reports, Dashboards and understanding of data from platforms
- Ability to plan, launch and scale NPDs ( new product developments) with deep understanding of category
- Understanding of visibility, key words, banner, AMS and managing the monthly performance marketing for e-commerce channel
- Strong team management capability to groom, guide and coach existing set of KAMs within the team
- Ability to hold the P&L for the channel with interventions planned for improving channel margin
