Role:
- Responsible for driving online customer acquisition for retail banking products comprising of Deposit products( Saving, current and deposits), Assets ( personal loan, Credit card, Home loan etc.), payments and Investments products.
- Create and drive online campaign
- Design and drive digital media strategy using web, mobile and social platforms.
- Manage UI/ UX of website & mobile site.
- Work with partners and affiliate to build & manage promotion plan
- Create industry level partnership and ecosystem to support digital products team in solution creation and innovation
- Bring new ideas and insights backed with industry and customer research to digital business.
- Manage digital media spends and deliver on performance metrics around cost, efficiency, business volumes etc.
Competence:
- In-depth understanding of digital medium, marketing and consumer insight
- Demonstrated capability to manage high volume lead/ transaction initiation capability
- Industry level alliance and partnership
- Worked in e-commerce/m-commerce business, digital enabled product/service/ tech company
- Design, content management and UI/UX
