Amazon Operations Manager
Hiring for a Startup Company !
- Manage a portfolio of Amazon accounts, ensure that the e-com seller's business objectives are met, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee the day-to-day management of marketplace accounts, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment
- Work with Amazon PPC specialists to develop marketing strategies that drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth
- Analyse account performance data and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns, improve efficiency, and increase profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, content, and logistics teams to ensure results are on track and aligned with client goals.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's platform updates, changes, and best practices to ensure our clients are taking advantage of new opportunities and trends
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client satisfaction and team success
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in Amazon operations management
- Hands-on experience in portal management like Vendor Central, Seller Central, AMS (Amazon ads), and Brand Registry
- Knowledge of Amazon's platform updates, changes, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and track KPIs to measure customer success
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and achieving success for clients
- Should be open to aligning with the US time zone
